How do I become a member?

How do I earn points?
Show your mobile membership QR when you shop at Hang Heung — earn 1 point per HK$1.
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for one year. You can see the earliest expiry on your member page.
How do I use points?
Show your member card in store to redeem points for popular products (e.g. wife cakes, egg rolls).
How do I become a Gold member?
Spend HK$1,000 cumulative within 12 months, or HK$500 in a single purchase, to auto-upgrade to Gold.
