How do I become a member?
Register free with just your phone number — done in a minute. Your phone number is your login.
How do I earn points?
Identify your purchase by registered phone or a fixed member-card screenshot. Basic and Gold members earn 1 point per HK$1 of eligible paid spending. Diamond members earn no points and are assigned manually by administrators; Gold does not automatically upgrade to Diamond. Member numbers are independent of phone/email. Employee-owned accounts require staff-purchase review instead of automatic earning.

How long are points valid?
Points earned from 1 January through 31 December expire on 30 June of the following year (Hong Kong time). For example, points earned on 31 December 2026 expire on 30 June 2027; points earned on 1 January 2027 expire on 30 June 2028. Your member page shows each batch’s expiry date.
How do I use points?
Confirm store stock, then confirm redemption in your own member account. Points are deducted online and an HHR voucher is issued for 3 calendar months and one use. Save a screenshot or send it to family on WhatsApp to collect. Staff scan only the voucher; no second member-card scan is needed. Keep the code private: anyone holding a valid image can collect first. Collection does not deduct points again or authorize earning on other purchases.
Basic members receive 1,000 points once after verified activation. A first HK$100 paid upgrade to Gold adds 11,000 points, with no physical gifts and no purchase points on the fee. Rewards: 1,000 points for designated pastries configured by membership managers; 2,000 for a $20 cash coupon; 3,500 for mini nut pastries; 10,000 for 21 honeycomb egg rolls. Newly issued vouchers are valid for three calendar months; existing vouchers retain their displayed expiry.
How do I become a Gold member?
Basic members can upgrade to Gold under enabled rules with HK$1,000 eligible spending in 12 months or HK$500 in one purchase. Diamond is assigned manually by administrators and has no automatic spending upgrade.
Forgot your password?
Tap “Reset password” on the login page. Receive and enter the SMS code on your registered phone, then set your new password. A name and birthday cannot authorize a reset.
How do I view my card and points?
Sign in at member.hangheung.hk to view your fixed member card and points. Save a screenshot; no 90-second refresh is needed. The card identifies a purchasing account and cannot debit points. Tap Add to Home Screen to use it like an app.
